Right now I'm separating rooms up. One for quarantine, one for veg, one for reservoirs and one for flowering. And will be keeping every new cut separated from The rest for a long time. But that way I can flower everything. If I see it in flower, I can just bleach the flower room down after that...

From what I've read it can lock up some branches by effectively clogging up that particular branch. I know some people do just live with it and just use the strongest plants going forward. In my case it got to a point when even if the mothers were healthy I couldn't get roots. So idk.. I think...
