I followed the BS advice to stop feeding at 6 weeks. Has lengthened flower time by at least a month. Keep feeding them til they are done IMO. Do whatever you want IDGAF.

They need feed all the way til the end, do not starve your plants at the end.

Light and heat degrade the THC and Terpenes, keep bud away from heat and out of light. Honestly dumping ice water on your plant is about as dumb as freezing your plant to death at the end. Only one I have seen that makes any iota of sense is leaving your plants in the dark last 24-48 hours...

I got 6 5 gal. for around $100. Transplanting out of the 1 L airpots into the 5 gal. was a breeze. Overall I like them, but they can get messy if you don't pack the bottom and sides right.

I think most use it near the end of flower or when showing a mag deficiency.

Hey nothing wrong with learning new ways of growing. I hope it works out for you. Never really thought about a journal, but its amazing how my first grow has evolved since September. Might post some pics when this grow is done.

Two different ways of growing IMO. If you are making a super soil the purpose of that is to supply everything the plant needs in the soil, so all you need do is water. Google subcool super soil or clackamas coots to get an idea of the types of amendments you will need.

A lot of people forget that nature is not perfect. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I haven't ph'ed a damn thing and my plants are happy.

I am sure you could get away with that back then (probably still can), but with all the legal states I think they would be keeping a closer eye on things like that. Probably safer to just buy some beans and select the pheno you want to keep, rather than buy something you may not be satisfied...

Grats bro welcome. Couldn't imagine having to manage 12 plants. Can grow 6, but 4 is about all I want to manage. Maybe start small so you know what you can manage and go from there. Pretty rewarding hobby, you get out what you put in IMO.

$75 each for the boards. So around $300 for the boards. Plus around another $150 for the driver. Cheaper to DIY, but they also have kits. Just drop them a line, they are very helpful. Honestly though I am using QB 288 "lm301b" boards I found on Alibaba for like $35 a piece and they have not...

4 QB 288 V2 would be plenty for 4 x 4.

For what you spent in fixtures and bulbs could have built a QB fixture that would blow that away.

Dude I know the feeling, currently waiting on my first crop to finish. Thankfully I have a dispensary down the road to help with the waiting blues.

Not gonna lie took me a minute to figure out my tent too as it was unzipped completely, I didn't know which way was up or down. Only thing that helped was the tool pouch and the window on the main flap.

Hi fellow OK grower here, those first 2 pics don't look done. Definitely invest in an RO system, OK water is not that good straight from the tap.
