Yes, you can, but I don't see a point to doing that. It all looks like new growth, and generally, you defoliate to make room for new growth.

Here's a shot today. The GH girls are catching up, but the CS girls are fully in flower at this point. So I guess we'll have to see what happens with bulk and yield at this point. The GH plants are still a little smaller though.

Ugh.....I couldn't water yesterday for a few reasons, and it looks like it was one day too many. Came in this morning to a BUNCH of saggy leaves. Hoping they bounce back today. Gave them all a lot more water than I normally do to completely soak the pots. I normally do about 6gal of water a day...

That light will do just fine for a 2X4 tent. You have enough room for 2 plants, if you keep them on the small side. Just don't wait too long to flip them to flower, or you could grow autos, as those stay small enough for that footprint most of the time. Good luck, and ask questions!
