Personally, I would stop using nutrients formulated for feeding orchids. If you have over done it with that PK Fury stuff, Flushing might help get rid of some excess nutrients in the soil. .. but then you'll need to replace it with a balanced feed. I always think a bottle of Cal/Mag is worth...

The problem with that question is what does 'expectation' mean and how do we objectively measure that.? What is expected by one person may not be expected by someone else. ... so the question as you have phrased it does not 'strictly' have a relation to that table of mathematical probability.
