You only do it when they are seedlings so they don't "swim". You water normally after about 2 weeks. But go off, king.

Seems okay to me. And keep watering in a perimeter around the plant. You also successfully started in the final containers so you do know more than you think you do.

And it's under a budget Alpha Par 200W that I got as part of a whole tent kit for $2oo. I see so many people stress over the gear and there is better gear, but imo it's best to dive right in and start making mistakes.

It just kept growing and growing. I also got an amnesia haze auto from the same breeder (Expert Seeds) and also Photos Kali MistxC99 and Strawberry Cough. I hope the rest are just as vigourous. I'll find out when these are done.

The auto has about a month

Tomorrow starts week 12 of flower. (week 14 of 12/12) They are starting to amber up. I'm going to let them go another full week and then reevaluate.

To my eye, they're about 3% amber. I want to push it to at least 30-40%

This is totally anecdotal, but I haven't flushed at all and the test bud I tried burned pure white. It doesn't prove anything, but I don't think nutes are why bud burns black sometimes

Thank you. I was stoked to find a few seeds in purple stuff I got from a friend and 2 of the 3 were females.

I messed up in two ways. I let the ph get too low for a bit and I should have fed veg nutes all the way through the stretch. But they didn't keep getting worse so I think I caught the first issue in time. The feeding issue i'll adjust on the next grow.

I think it's just certain strains that have that terp.

I'm growing some bagseeds right now that look a lot like Tropicana Cookies and they absolutely reek of cat piss.

The auto is plugging along

My purple ones are about at the end of week 11 from pistils, 13 from 12/12. I think they have a week and a half to 3 weeks to go.

They flower quickly. My current auto started on day 24. On the advice of another long time member, feel free to treat the stretch phase as a vegetative period and lst ect

I didn't have time to use it on my current auto because it went into flower so quickly. I went right to beasty bloom.

I do both. I'm on my first run, but I eventually hope to grow an auto for both my photo's stages. (1 auto while the photos veg and one while they flower, different tents) If I end up deciding I don't care for autos, I can use one tent for a mom and the other to flower clones.
