I'd dial the lights down and see if they are happier or sadder. Maybe you're also letting them get too dry? I've seen plants do weird things when you let the soil get too dry.

Also if you can't seem to control your food intake, you can keep that the same but just be more active. Calories in calories out. Also, keep a high protein diet. Don't wanna lose muscle just because you want to lose fat :).

Yeah Migro did a video where he constructs a grow-ceiling with these lights. If you can wire them up, it will definitely work.

Good for supplemental, but not as a main light. Lots of affordable lights out there these days. Anything above 100 watts is what you want if you're going to be a small grow.

Apparently they sell magic mushrooms online and take credit card... Based out of BC, Canada.... But all the reviews they have on the site say litterally the same thing on the same day. Sadly, I feel this is not legit :. Anyone want to investigate?
