It would work. Personally I'd probably go with a standard HPS bulb if your hard on cash. Get your first crop out and use the money to invest in LED.

What I have found for my ladies is they like about a liter of water per gallon of soil. Maybe a little less. Try that, water slowly and lift the pot completely off the ground or lift one side up with one hand.

I played around with gaia green and can notice it kicked in after about a week or so after top dressing. Take that for what you will... I used fox farms once, did a tea of ewc and had nitrogen toxicity... now I'm afraid to touch that stuff Haha.
