    Lower/inner leaves going limp

No I just watered a couple days ago and it's humid out. A week of sun in the forecast though. These went limp before I watered.

Founding Fathers Genetics - tigard farms

I think it was the transition from indoor to outdoor. I started the MPU a month earlier than the others because I read reports of slow veg. It wasn't that slow, but when I put it outside mid July I think it triggered flower. It's a great plant, heavy feeder so make sure to give it plenty of...

    Lower/inner leaves going limp

Lol yea prune / lollipop is all the same with these lower leaves. Maybe I'll trim these off on a hotter and less humid day.

    Lower/inner leaves going limp

Yea I've been using BT + Grandevo for caterpillars and bugs. I'm honestly hesitant to thin because there are botrytis spores all over and they enter through pruning wounds. Some of my plants I prune the most end up with the worst budrot. Maybe I could get around this by laying mulch so no...

    Maine 2021

Yea I learned that lesson this year, to always keep up with IPM in veg so you don't have to spray in flower. Kinda stuck though when you've got 2 months to go and bugs/mold start showing up.

Founding Fathers Genetics - tigard farms

Thanks man! I think the MPU is calling because it started flowering earlier :bigjoint: The colors on it are pretty amazing up close, even if the buds are on the smaller side right now.

    Lower/inner leaves going limp

On most of my plants there are a few lower leaves that have gone limp, while the rest of the plant is fine. Do plants selectively kill off low fan leaves that don't receive enough light? I've only really seen plants steal nitrogen from lower leaves, but never go limp like this. They're going...

    Botrytis or what?

It doesn't necessarily stop the process. You can get budrot while drying. But bringing the buds into a less humid environment, with fans for circulation and the plants drying removes the environment that mold needs.

    Maine 2021

I'm not a Maine grower but I'm jumping in for the foliar / mold discussion. I'm curious what foliar sprays have burned pistils for you guys? Regalia seemed fine, but Marrone's Grandevo gave a light burn on a few pistils. What about Potassium Silicate? I'm trying to load one of my plants with...

Founding Fathers Genetics - tigard farms

Some of my Founding Fathers are entering flower. Redbeard's crosses: Top left (kind of out of the picture): GSC x Zkittlez Middle back: Zkittlez x T-1000 Back right: Secret Service And some of Caleb's crosses: Front left: Bubba x T-1000 Front right: MPU 3.5

    Botrytis or what?

I found with botrytis that it's better to start chopping early than to lose even more. It's heartbreaking but I'd rather have an unripe harvest than losing 90% and ripe.

    Botritys on branches - Help!

Those are epic, amazing work. I'd be pretty careful about heavy pruning right now. I've found that botrytis enters plants through pruning wounds. That's a tough situation because they are way too close together but if you start thinning it will open up even more sites for botytis spore to...

    Mold? Fungus?

Yea that's powdery mildew, easier to prevent than treat. No need to cut off those leaves. There are a few sprays that can work in flower, mostly bacteria-based fungicides and potassium bicarbonate. Avoid ones with oils. I alternate between Southern Ag's Garden Friendly Fungicide and Marrone's...

    Lets See Your Outside Plants

3 of mine are only 1 week into flowering. Going to be a late year, fingers crossed for sun. Ironically, I usually have worse weather July/August than I do Sept/Oct so it might work out in my favor. Explains why the early flowering one on bottom right is kinda struggling.
