You can have success in high humidity, just need to check every day for mold. Spray bacteria-based fungicides in the morning on cloudy days. If you have to spray for pests definitely don't do it in the evening.

I also grow in high humidity (green line). Regalia should be arriving Monday but for now I've been spraying potassium silicate with success at keeping the mold down.

I honestly just go by whether or not buds have formed. 8-10 weeks is plenty of time for the copper to wash off. Anything past week 2 of flower is iffy IMO but we all have our personal preference on pesticide tolerance.
