Looking for opinions on how to fight Botrytis: Immunox, Captan, Regalia, Liquid Copper etc.

Hi guys, I grow outdoors in a very humid / foggy environment and almost all of my plants have gotten Botrytis. Currently I have 4 plants and veg and 1 in flower. The flowering plant has a new branch rotting per day, and I think it's starting to be a lost cause. What I'm hoping for is some...

Fungus: do I spot treat or cut entire branch?

Thanks for the responses, I chopped the branch after spraying the infected area with H202. I did a really thorough check and it's the only place on the plant with rot. I do have other healthy plants that haven't started flowering yet nearby. I am spraying them with liquid copper as a...

Fungus: do I spot treat or cut entire branch?

It looks like after months of cloudy weather one of my plants has botrytis. Anyone with experience fighting botrytis: should I try to salvage this branch by spot treating or cut the branch out? It's the only branch on the plant that has visible mold. Any advice would be great. Part of me just...

What are your thoughts on uppotting not for root growth but for water retention?

Here they are 3 hrs ago right after transplant and super dry: And now 3 hrs later, definitely starting to perk up but not fully recovered yet:

What are your thoughts on uppotting not for root growth but for water retention?

Pretty sure I'm in this exact situation. The soil in my 10 gal smart pots went hydrophobic, so they were underwatered even if I watered slowly. I went ahead and dug giant holes in the ground, pulled the smart pots off slowly and transplanted them with new Recipe 420 soil. I think I am done...

    Too Late To Transfer?

I'd hit it with fish emulsion asap for 2 weeks, along with a topdress of a high N dry fert.

I think so but I'm no expert. Both my Secret Service and T-1000 x Bubba have the same structure and huge indica leaves. I'll know more when they start flowering in a couple weeks.

That's a good call. My weather is pretty predictable: sunny from April to June, then fog from July to August, then sunny for September and October. I just messed up by believing the "80 days to finish" that the breeders say. Next year I'll start them indoors in March and have them finish up...

Beautiful. 0 out of 7 of these germed for me, pretty bummed because OG and Bubba are two of my favorite strains.

Had to harvest my autos a week or two early because of bud rot... Kind of ironic that my weather is better suited for an October harvest than a July harvest :wall:

Ah that's good to hear, East Bay weather is way better. My buddy is growing in el cerrito and the weather is perfect. It's my first time growing in this weather and I definitely learned that the autos need to finish in June before the gloom hits. Looking forward to seeing how your plants...

Looking great! I just harvested my autos and all of this fog caused about 20% of my buds to get bud rot. Be on the lookout if you also are in the fog!

Sorry to hear, hope the other 2 make it through. I've gotta say, losing plants to sheep is also one of the most Scottish things I've seen happen here on RIU :D

This is one of the Blue Dream autos that's turning purple as well. Likely the low temps and nearing the end of it's life that cause the purple.

Thanks! It's a mix of all of those. Strain is called Purple Hulk (GDP crossed with Bigbud auto I believe). My day temps are 65ish, night temps 53ish. The purpling really started becoming pronounced when I cut the nitrogen.
