If you are going to pull and return into the res then the small pump you use should have a built in filter anyhow negating the need for an inline one

I have got pounds of Larfy bud and trim in my freezer waiting to decarb.. I usually make gummy worms out of them.. 1 gummy has you ripped for about 4-5 hours

Right, sorry I was thinking undercurrent. I think your way should work fine for a 2 pot. I used the same setup on an 8 pot system once and it didn’t work well.. needed the draw from the back of the system to circulate properly. Should be fine I would think

    Mutant looking bud..

Honestly it’s probably a bit overkill.. I do run a hot room with co2 though.. I just wanted to see how far I could push everything.. I guess maybe that particular strain is not suited to such high parameters or is just a mutie.

Again.. might be overkill for two pots, but I like to overengineer

I have seen setups with a chiller in the return line now that you mention it, if it can handle chilling with that kind of flow I don’t see why not.. I see that undercurrent set ups often chuck an inline filter in the return line before chillers/pumps.. might be a bit of peace of mind.

    Mutant looking bud..

I have had foxtailing before under strong lights.. this is my first time using a 1000w LED so I guess it could be a sensitive strain I suppose.. These buds have developed this way from the start however, it’s not just stuff shooting out of normal bud like foxtails usually do. But yeah.. could...

One thing I’ll mention here because I’m not sure if your doing it.. your clones ought to be kept in some sort of clear container/humidity dome.. since they don’t have roots they have to draw moisture through their stomata/leaves. If you don’t have a clone dome you can make them out of soda...

Yep they are both girls.. and nice and early too, they will clone easy.. take more than you need, label which ones come from which plant in case you get a clear winner.

    Is this a Silly Idea?

It wouldn’t.. if you grow a photo and auto for the same amount of time they should be in the same ballpark.. the benefits of photos are you can veg longer to increase size and yield, the benefit of autos are you can smash them with more light in the same flower time to get more yield.. but you...

    Is this a Silly Idea?

Just do 12/12.. autos are flexible, photos aren’t really.

Am I driving myself crazy, again?

If you turn the light off and it looks fine then It’s fine, don’t fuss with them.

What’s the problem? You can still clone while in flower, just clone as usual then bang the cutting straight into veg light.. keep those genetics going CP, BB hsplnt is worth keeping.
