Gaia 444 EWC.Soil was made spring of 21' Same basic mix as my indoor ones. I did add extra kelp and frass not long ago. Under my patio it gets hot, dirt seams to love it.Lots of white fuzz.

Thrip damage doesn’t just appear like that. You would have seen damage weeks ago and it slowly got worse. If they looked good two weeks ago then it’s something you fed them with.

What makes it difficult is you already have plants in.The bottom would need a bunch of holes and probably up the sides a little.I know clay pebbles will wick a long ways so as long as the dirt doesn't sit in the water it should work.

Perhaps flood level is too high for too long? Flood and drain that Ive seen fill pretty quickly and then drain just as fast.

Makes sense to me,there has to be a wick of some sort.Two plastic pots will need either a small net pot for a wick or a strip of fabric sticking out the bottom of the 3.5g pot.

Ive kinda got the same thing going with tomatoes,organic with a touch of salt.I load up with ewc and dry nutes then as the season wains I give some salts for finishing.I use calmag also as it has N, Fe,etc.

The amount of Phosphorus people buy with bloom boosters ,shouldn't be poured down the drains. Can only imagine whats flowing into our streams and rivers.Around the yard its also too much P for soil to handle. I dont really know how to properly dispose of bloom booster runoff?

What will you use for Nitrogen since your bloom fertilizer has none?

Saw the title and said whaaaat, 3/4 foot tall plants? Id like to see an 8" plant that's ripe. Yes I know he means 3-4' tall.

I get stray seedlings also,store bought compost.

Compost should stain your hand black when its ready.
