Ive had this happen with some slurricane 7s Had nothing pop in water alone, Tried sanding them a bit and used hydrogen peroxide only had 1 of 6 pop and turned out mutated so i tossed it. kinda deciding on wether to pop 2 more or 2 pkbr to run out doors.
