You should keep you grow as clean as possible disinfect between grows.

Might try baking soda mix but those don’t look good at all. First thing you wanna do is blast them with water from spray bottle this dislodges the eggs then follow up when lights are of with a dish soap mix with water but you have to be persistent if you wanna keep them in your garden.
