How do I back off nitrogen? Is it in the nutes or?

Growing a few different strains so ill prob go with r 315s I am gunna be taking clones from a few of the healthiest and putting them in a 3x3 grow en a little bit then flower both tents at the same time

in a 5x5 tent should I do 4 315w cmh or 2 630w cmh?

I did some looking around these threads I think my light may have been a tad too close to i raised them

I have other seedlings in the same tent and same conditions that are thriving so whats wrong?
