I would suggest vegging until you reach half or a little less of the total height you want your plant to be. Try to check the plant every day to adjust the branches. Hope it helps!

You're right i may not be able to drink it but i can water my lawn with it, it may leave white residue but it does not seem to harm chilly plants or plants. Thanks man!

Lazy as hell infrastructure, so instead of correcting issues they put high quantities of chlorine in the water to make up for all the errors and corruption. Long Story short i am guessing the chlorine will kill the plant. I will look for a good water alternative! Thanks for the tips
