Just because you are in ca doesn’t mean it’s legal to grow. It all depends on your county.

I run 30 site two gallon pots in a hydro system. During heavy veg/flower they go through 110+ gallons a week.

I have a little Honda generator as a back up for power.

Just use the hps Phillips bulb. You won’t see a difference in veg.

You’ll need minimum 2 weeks for your plants to recover.

Is the actual cube getting soaked? If so I’d try that and see how they react

You just need to chill and aerate (read up on the different methods and pick what works best for you) your water. I’ve kept my reservoir at 68 Deg with a bubbler for 3 months straight and never had anything grow in it.

Used OSB, a couple quarts of kilz then flat white paint over it. No issues here.

Could be gg. That’s not the leaf twist of gg4 though. The twist should be softer.
