If I am right that it is seeding, it wont matter really if it's a male or a hermie but if there are pistils up there (WHITE), then it's a hermie.

Where you held the plant I see seeds forming, but I wouldn't toss it until I was 100% sure. In person I could tell you. The one on the left by your fingers, unfortunately has the very classic "ball on a stem" that forms a seed pod...imo

You will see the lower leaves yellow slightly as the N begins to get used up. That will be your sign to begin LIGHTLY adding nutes. Can be anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks with your auto but plan on about 5 imo.

I would not base the harvest decision on that alone. There are lots of white hairs all over. You can go another few weeks actually from the look there. Swelling if calyxes is still going.

Buddha has a much better option there. If you topdress organic amendments that havent been cooked ahead of time, it will take too long to get that N in there. If you are organic you want to stay ahead of the grow. Get simple amendments in there 2 weeks ahead of time when possible.

As an auto you only have a short time to veg the plant. It should be much bigger by now. Get it more light, or start over if possible which would give you a much better result.

Pull through the filter and then out the fan (upwards in his pic) for best performance. Either can work.

That reaction is mold or fungi in the bud. That isn't to say it's bad or stale but it just has some. Why and how could be a LOT of things. I noticed similar changes moving from growers I knew to the stores and then to my own stuff. #1 reason to do your own is keeping it as healthy as possible.
