I grew some yellow cheery tomatoes like those. The sunlight is what changes them colors. It's wild. Ones that are completely shaded will stay yellow, while the ones in the full sun, get a nice little tan.

You may try testing your hygrometers. If you have fresh flower in the fridge, it shouldn't be that low out of the gate.

I don't think so at all. It definitely sounds like he needs a 24 hour professional caretaker. And if she's not talking to you because of that, that sounds like a her problem.
