Not enough info on feeding? A guess would be you fed them and it dried back a little too much.Fed again with no runoff allowing it to build up even more. Just a guess. ,Its kinda tricky feeding soil that has food already like FF. For future grows go with an inert medium and just feed nutes to...

You dont feed bloom nutes until you have blooms,Little buttons,end of stretch, then switch gradually say 50/50.

Feeding drain to waste 5 is plenty,if going the feed,water,water route then more is better.

It’s how many colas is best. Not plants. say each one needs 6”x6”. That’s 128 colas. Take some space for the grower and it’s about 100 colas.

I ve done both,topping to get 30 colas and not so much and get 15 colas. 15 was much more open allowing light to reach deeper. Pending on strain also. With HPS lighting for me a stadium style canopy worked well.

I dont think adding will solve it if its being blocked by excess Ca. Not really sure but there are a lot of KNF people in the organic section. Or perhaps add KNF to the title .

Is your water drinkable?

For more soluble food hydrolized fish or even some salt nutes here and there wont do much damage.
