They do appear droopy. Can be caused by many things. Cold roots, over watering, heat. Sounds like your covering the basics. It's been a while since I've grown in coco but I do remember the frequent need to water daily. Backing off the frequency may help. All plants are different and them autos...

Your plants look about the same age as mine 20+ days. I'm feeding at 650ppm. Ph 5.5-6.2. They may be good n hungry if your feeding at this levels. The new growth looks fine but as they develop they loose their shit and get all ugly..lol. Prob hungry.
