problem is theres been quite a few times that it was said when someone asked something that it could or couldnt be done, after it was already said that the established rules were already covered in the reg thread and wouldnt change. that and there are some grey areas no?

to be quite honest, winning is better then any of the prizes, if i wanted a 300w led id go buy it, i was laid off for 4 months and this was/is a good past time. and a good opportunity to see many different strains ran at once, so we all get grow reports on them.
