    The middle bag is the 160, the 190 is the catch bag and the 45 is my collecting bag. I do filter all my water through a 25 microns as well. I do clean my alcohol before evaporation so that I can reclaim the oil for edibles or tincture. I do not use a thermometer, as long as you can hear ice cube...
