You can hang a temp/rh guage where you're thinking of hanging the bags to see what the temp and rh are. If it's warm and dry the buds may dry too fast. But, the paper bags help by keeping moisture in. You may want to get those little temp/rh gauges and throw them in the bags to monitor.

I'm with Bob to wait at least 1-2 weeks but if bud rot starts, cut out the rot fast and then harvest if you think it's spreading. Do you see signs of bud rot? Is humidity high and no wind?

6" or 8" exhaust should be good for that tent but make sure you get a speed controller. Larger fans with speed control will give you good suction with low noise. If those LEDs are 600w each actual power at the plug they'll work fine. Just watch out for LED labeling. There are lots of LED lights...

They look nice and healthy. If you keep your plants healthy until harvest, you'll get an oz + per plant IMO. Like others said, you can top or bend the main cola over to spread out the plant and get more colas.

I've only used the liquid. I've used MOAB dry for mid to late flower and I think it's similar to the dry koolbloom. I went easy on the MOAB and lowered regular bloom nutes a little.

3 weeks is no problem IME. I used LKB once and used it for the second half of flower.

Your medium matters too. If you're in soil and it has nutrients, you may not want to even use your FF nutes until flower. If your medium has little or no nutrients, then try about 1/3 strength and adjust as they grow.
