True to some degree. Say I get me a 48V driver and have a 48V board. Now I can turn that driver down to 50% of the nominal voltage which is 24V. How much current is gonna 48V board pull at 24V? ;)

I got infra-red foil wired to a thermostat on the ground of my tent. Night temps are at about 57F and day temps 73-77F. It keeps their feet warm and they like it very much. Also in the basement with fresh outside air comming in.
