What do you mean light level? Like my 5 month old t5 bulbs are already to weak for lush green veg growth?

Im in promix hp. Not hydro. 5.5 ph is to low. How long does a t5 bulb last? 6000-6400 is whats reccommended for vegging...?

Humidity is low. Around 35%. They veg under a 4 foot t5 fixture with 6 6500 bulbs. Only thing that i have changed over the years is now im in promix hp.

Still have not found a solution. The purple streaks all up the stems and whole plant a pale color. I have tried everything. Dropped ph from 6.3 to 6.0, same. Upped ph to 6.5, same. Foilar fed magnesium solfate, added epsom to feed, same. Added more base nutes, same. Added more nitrogen, growth...

Not cold. Temps are exact. 27-30 in veg and 25-28 in flower.

I tr i tried to drop it and i got rust spots on my leaves. Maybe i will try adding a bit of epsom salts with my feed instead of calmag as he said sometimes you need extra mag?

Well i cant really agree. My plants at 8ml of a and b and 5 ml of calmag are pale green with purple stems, something is lacking or toxic. Not the dark glossy green in use to coming from coco.

The house and garden rep told me those exact words “soil a&b is for soil and promix isnt soil”. So much conflicting info out there its crazy.

Well i flushed with plain ro down to 400ppm so when it dries some i will try not letting one of my veg plants dry all the way and see if that has an improvement.

All good haha. What are your ppms at during late veg? You say you feed once a week, how many waters inbetween? Is it plain ro water on water days or do you add calmag to that also?

You add 15ml/g of calmag every feed/water? That is over 700 ppm of just calmag, then i add my base i would be at 1500ppm.My pots are dry in 2 days so i would feed and then 3 times then feed?

You think house and garden is a weak line? I was using the gh 3 part with calmag on one plant in the beginning and it was showing the same thing. I have 5 strains growing and all are pale with purple stems and yellowing between veins. If it was a normal thing or genetic it shouldnt be on al of them?

Are you wateting until runoff? Are you doing a feew water feed schedule? On water only days is it just plain ro water? Sorry if i sound like in arguing with you! I appreciated your input!

Your the first person to tell me to lower my ph. Most have told me to try 6.5 for better use of cal and mag. Even in hydro cal and mag should be able to be uptaken at 6.3 i would think?
