Its a Vogek not sure on the model and yes adjustable but its on the highest setting and only goes dimmer.

How much would you recommend increasing them? Lights are 200w Thanks how much would you recommend increasing it by? And the light is 100w LED 15inches above.

How long should it take to drop off the shell came off a couple of days ago although the plant looks healthy it hasn't grown taller in a couple of days either, I'm slightly worried about the blackish mark on the cotyledon?
