Neem oil

Hello, I have a 4 week old auto flower northern lights that is growing in fox farms ocean forest and perlite with no added nutrients. I noticed these yellowsplotxhes at week 2. They cleared up and now I’m noticing it might be coming back. Any idea what’s causing it? I’ve attached some pictures
