Slight scent on young plant, does this mean anything?

Yup no problem there but expect some good smelling cannabis , When I first ran GSC I can smell it during veg the only problem is controlling the smell when you harvest(thats a good problem to have):weed:

    Rebirthing clones !

Do not add nutrients if the roots are just now showing you can go with plain filtered water until you see some new growth ,but to help it recover I recommend using a kelp product to boost your root development. Very light dilution rate since clones are young, kelp is known to have a lot of trace...

    my first grow

Plants look nice and healthy!! I would only suggest next run you start those seeds/clones in a smaller pot because you want the roots to develop before they go to their final pot. Seedlings and clones directly into a large pot can easily be over watered while doing that your wasting nutrients...

    Why is this thing dying???

what happens naturally is the lower part of the plant is old growth and the top is new growth, the lower leaves send nutrients to the top for the new growth if you did like a time lapse you would see the green chlorophyll fading away, its called nutrient translocation. As for the black spots...

    Why is this thing dying???

850 ppm is way too much for that small of a plant ,I never grew in straight perlite but you could have just done plain water or since its soiless 1/4 strength max until she gets older. Also I hope you are letting that tap water sit to let the chlorine evaporate and since your using tap you...

    Rapid rooter clones failing!

yea I don't see the harm i never used it myself i did look it up its kelp derived so I know kelp does work which is basically what roots excel is. Don't go too crazy with it though too much can easily kill clones.

Can anyone identify these leaf problems?

yea now that you said they are 4 months old and only getting 500ppm that is pretty light ,thats about what i feed a 2 week old clone. Yea they are malnourished my friend wow 4 months they are screaming for more food , that is probably the leading cause to all your problems. This Is what i...

    Rapid rooter clones failing!

I use the rapid root for cloning too ,yea your about right with the yellowing in simple terms the plant is using what food/energy that is stored in the fan leaves because there isn't any roots to get food or water thats why clones like high humidity . You can also cut the tips of the fan leaves...

    Root rot hell

All I can say is coco coir and beneficial microbes is the way to go!! Try researching beneficial bacteria for DWC because root rot is basically un-benficial bacteria/parasite (pythium). I've heard on a growing podcast about new research on hydroponics being compatible with beneficial microbes so...

hey people new dude over here need some help

Are you asking advice on how to grow these particular strains?? Since they where seeds your going to get different phenotypes ,the 2 that are stretching we can safely assume that they may be sativa dominant , try super cropping next time to control the height. Judging from the pictures you...
