When doing the coffee can grow you don't have a lot of space for your roots, so once your seeds pop and are about 3"-4" tall that's the perfect time to prune off all new growth. You don't want those little leaves blocking any light from the top of your soil.

Vitamin C. lots and lots of it! And lots more!! You can't take too much vit c your body will just piss out what it doesn't need... It works best if at the first sign of a cold coming on you start saturating your body with C. it really seems to work when you catch it early enough..
