    I have never had a problem with their stuff germinating and growing. I use solo cups with some holes poked in bottom to allow drainage, soak seeds in water for 24 hours, bury them in burpee seed starting soil, no more than1/4 inch deep with pointy end down, gently spray to wet entire soil good...
