Skip the uniseals and get some bulkheads.. current cultures ones are very nice. Can get cheaper if you go with smaller ones but I would not go less than 2" personally. If you go with the current culture ones you can get the root guards/filters as well, works with both the 2 and 3" ones. 3"...

I agree except for ac, that should be sized accordingly, if you over size your ac you will run into high humidity issues, it will short cycle, not run long enough to remove moisture from the air. (obviously a dehumidifier will solve that but creating more heat in the meantime requiring ac to run...
