Originally they were under much weaker lights in the start, since switching to CFL's they look a lot better.

How often does a plant grow two colas without being topped? My wife is growing a plant under a desk lamp which has just started early flowering, she never topped it since she wanted a small plant but still it grew out two colas on its own. Too add to the weirdness of the double cola the plant...

I have the paperclip hooked to the main stem and tied to my lamp to help support it because my main stem never grew that thick, i have two other plants that both grew nice thick stems but this one never did lol.

Another update on my girl, flowering very nicely, smells pretty good right now, i'm guessing another few weeks or so till harvest but of course only time will tell. Obviously not gonna be the best yeild but its perfect for a little one bulb experiment.

So i bought a few cfls the other day and just wanted to ask if it would stress out my plant too much if i switched around the lights at this point during flowering or if i should just let it run its course and use the cfls on my next grow

Havent updated the post in awhile, plant is well into the flowering stage now, still with the same LED bulb. I got some COB LED's thanks to a fellow forum member but i just need to get them set up, but im thinking if just letting my few plants finish their flower and start new under the COB's

So I posted awhile ago about my first indoor experiments, just something to kill time until spring. Since my budget is literally almost zero Im just using whats lying around at home. Before going further I have to stress I AM NOT TRYING FOR A LARGE YIELD. So now that I got that out of the way...

This is an experiment of mine, not trying for a huge yield (I have no issue getting weed to smoke lol) it's not even a month old, the fourth true leaf set is just coming out and it's already growing hairs.

What wattage for the CFLs?

Like I said it is just an experiment, I live in a pretty isolated area so I can't shop for lights and other stuff when I want to.

I'd be happy with 10 grams haha a short grow under a small light if 10g's is what I should expect im cool with that
