You need a syringe to use a spore print, unless there are other ways to do it. But basically YOU create a spore syringe by using the print. There are plenty of well thought-out guides on how to create spore syringe, so I suggest you should Google it or check out the shroomery/shroomtalk...

Yes just misting the sides of the tub and the substrate will give it enough RH to fruit. Just remember to cease misting the sub when you see pins, then to start back up when they start growing into mushrooms.
