I got some of this for the bud worms. As I understand it's a bacteria that the worms eat off the plant and then it kills them? Is this good stuff?

First picture is my biggest blue dream. That plant has been growing vigorously since the start and it's catching up to my early starts. The other one is in a 65 gal and it's getting big quick too but you can see the difference between the 200 and the 65 gal pot. Hell yeah, it's crazy how much...
