im at day like 42 of flowering heres some pics i have really mature buds at the top but not at the bottom im worried that the top will be done way before the middle and bottom.

my top cola is far more advanced than any of the other buds on my plant. can i chop off the cola and let the plant keep growing untill the other buds are ready or should i harvest the whole plant at once?

im actually waiting right now to hear from a new job. a great job. I used "golden shower" synthetic urine from waterbeds and stuff ill post when i find out if i passed or not.
