Nothing is safe to spray and leave bright lights on like an HPS or COB LED. Regular incandescent bulbs or flourscents are safe. Not bright/hot lights. You can add a little silca everytime you water. Usually with spinosad watering in you can do it twice and wait a few days for second watering.
