What kind of light? You need to get the humidity down to at least 60% and even 50%. Even a regular light bulb with the right light spectrum could add some heat or cheap small heater on a timer. Put the heater on the lowest setting with a timer to kick on and off every 15 or 30 minutes.

What are you temperatures like? Sometimes in the winter it is too cool for the plants. Too hot is not good. In veg you want your humidity close to 60% too. Do you have your T5s pretty close to the plants?

What you is growing in homie? Looks like Coco or Turpur in cloth pots.
