A good ol' fashion compost tea or two fixes damn near everything...if nutrients are in the soil. Steel...do you use Agisil or ProTekt?

I'm very impressed with the early frostiness on the Superstitious. Beautiful plants. Got my bloomed GT and BH cuttings to root!!! I'll prob kill them soon. Fingers crossed superstitious style.

After two coco runs, I notice it does become peat-ish in texture.

Just soak, rinse, and amend with a little extra Ca....not a bunch extra like I did. I like the idea of 50/50 coco n peat.

Ingredients to die for dot com has 200x aloe powder that lasts a long time and is much cleaner.

I forgot to mention calcium bentonite lol. I crush the dolo for worm bin grit and Mg. Used a lot of Ca because I went with a mostly coco mix. I'm curious to see what my current run will do with peat...no coco. Eventually, I plan on mixing the two batches and going no till.

My Ca/Mg has got to be at least 10:1 cups/cu ft: 2 gypsum 1 oyster shell 1 crab shell 1 dolo 1 calphos crushed egg shells and dolo in EWC HARD WATER. I want a good soil test kit.

I go all out with everything else...don't see why I wouldn't do the same with water. All I have to do is skip one bean order lol. Doesn't too much Ca lock out Mg and K? If my fried memory serves me right, the excess Ca also slow down P uptake?
