i think its more down to you and what your doing, i clone all the time and when my mother plants start to look a little sad i will grow out one of her clones as a new mother and every clone is as good as the first seed i used, ive had og kush going over 3years and i can still pop a seed and its...

you get a seed and grow her, then you can start to take cuts from her, over time all the choping you have done on the mother plant will start to take its toll on her so you take your last cuts and grow them out and now you use the new last cuts as your mother plant and round and round you...
