mmmm it as a look of it but without a good pic of the full plant with no light on its hard to say and just like all the others its a guess, post a better pic and you will be told what it is, going back to your tester, if it was out the last time you calibrated it then it might be out more now...

in short yes...running with clones will speed things along a tad....... if your growing in rockwool cubes and have a veg room away from your 12/12 room you can start to grow your clones befor your 12/12 plants are down...you can add more rockwool to the bottom of the rockwool cubes as the roots...
