Hey TJ- In answer to your question, I recommend a 6.0 ph for the following reasons: 1. plants like it a little more acidic during flowering. Not much more, just a little. 2. The lower ph will assist with the uptake of a few micros, which will help with the uptake of N. try it:)

The growth pattern is interesting, but I thought the defoliation aspect of the experiment was gonna wait until flowering... Don't see any material advantage for removing anything until you have a good mass of something to remove.

As long as the trim leaves stay green, you coo. It's tough to save big fan leaves when they have been yellow for a while, late in bloom, so go easy with the high N stuff. The leaves have weakened and are more susceptible to burn. I recommend a plain water feeding, then 4-1-1 with Week 5...

So I guess we can say that tweaking the conditions were just as crucial as getting on a well rounded feeding regimen. Suppose you'll take her all the way on this thread- or should I follow the original thread?

I imagine that they're only concerned about yield and turnaround time. It's a for profit business, time is everything rather than timing. Think they actually take the proper steps to cure bud? Grow artisan quality genetics?
