Attitude and Herbies are two reputable banks from that list. Cannazon and Seedsman are two more that you can trust. I've never ordered from Cannazon, but people rave about their stealth. My next order will probably be through them.

Of course the buds were puny, it was only week four. Even if the plant would have only yielded an ounce you still threw hundreds of dollars of smokable bud in the trash. Not something I would have done personally, but if you're happy with what you put in it's place that's all that matters...

Canada has a smaller population than California. The mail volume from Canada is probably much lower than what comes in from Europe which has a population over twenty times bigger than Canada.
