you will want a new bulb if the used one is old- I paid 100 for a used hydrofarm 250/400 enclosed ballast from a hydro store, and had to take the piece of crap back, they said they tested it too.

might want to up the watering with the different light, they look dry and wilted to me. If it is the light then the one plant right under it would be the worst. Air circulation -fans and humidity could be factors also. Look at the pots too, is it worst on the ones in smart pots? those dry...

You might want bigger pots for more yield, but TGA agent orange was one I liked last year. Most of the strains that are available are indicas, so any one is good. I have DNA and TGA strains but for a yield I will have to set a drip irrigation system up again and leave it until mid or late...
