The plant is growing in a 10 gallon pot, outdoor. It is about 4 weeks into flowering and there are strange circular necrotic spots forming on some of the leaves. They start small and get bigger until they get crispy and wither away. It looks kind of like a tree ring.

I don't think they could kill a plant, unless there was a ridiculous amount of them. They will cause lots of holes in your leaves if left unchecked.

TWS is in fact correct about both points... Spiders, even small ones, won't waste their time on mites. And leaf hoppers ARE detrimental to your plants. They suck the juices through the stem and leaves, leaving small holes. I battle them every year.

You can split hairs all you want, but the truth is you should never wash your buds. Whether it be under a gentle spray, power washer or whatever else... Even if all your tricomes are intact you're still setting yourself up for problems, such as mold. Op would have been better off simply...

You took a hose to your finished buds?... If they were ready to chop anyway you should have just hung them to dry. The mites would have died when the bud dried. You probably ruined all the tricomes in the process of washing them. You can try to dry them now, but they're probably not worth...

I would worry about heat build up in a cabinet of that size. I'd opt for a good t5 lamp or even led, but if you had sufficient fans/exhaust it could work.

The "droopy" one doesn't look that bad... Barely even a difference with the exception of the two largest leaves. I'd just let it go and see how they compare in a weeks time. Aside from that they both look about equal.

Just give it time. Since you're working with feminized seeds the chances that its anything but female are slim, unless stress has caused it to hermie. I wouldn't worry about it, some plants are just slower than others.
