    How close durring flower?

I mean I usually start to see some light burn or bleaching around a foot, if your plant can take it though I'd roll with it. When you have trichome just make sure they're not ambering super fast :-/.

    Powdert MIdew... AGAIN

I found that silica foliars through about week 3 of flower and soil feedings all the way to flush seemed to make it easier to eliminate or keep under control. Its not foolproof but it seems to help. More airflow also helps, I usually lightly exfoliate in late flower--just the big fan leaves that...

Do you feed and foliar silica?

    Blurple Led Yes or NO?

I had a blurple cob off of Amazon that never did my plants any harm, definitely make sure you know your true wattage and don't go by the 1200w or whatever they say they are. They're not as efficient as white cobs(from personal experience) and supposedly quantum boards are even more efficient...

I bought a cheap cob led panel with decent drivers on Amazon and put better cobs in it, got the idea from a guy on here. It pulls ~350 true watts and I'm running it in the same tent as a 1000w hps over a plant that wasn't getting enough light. I figure it's probably the equivalent of around 1400...

I meaning depends on your veg time light wattage and training, I'm only running 3 plants right now (random bagseed I suspect some sort of kush strain on two and ones definitely a purple haze from my friends harvest a year or so back). I'm expecting around 8 a plant. I'm also running a 1000w and...

If you can dig around and try to get out any wood chips bigger than say a dime or so that will help get some nitrogen out. Don't go ripping into your roots though. I wouldn't feed them more than probably 1/3 strength for now, I generally only feed at like 50% max. Maybe one or two weeks around 4...

    NFTG. Nectar For The Gods

They use calcium nitrate as a preservative for predigested chicken livers in one of their bases supposedly.

I wouldn't flush, I also don't think it's a micronutrient issue. Are the stems purple? Also sometimes spots happen from splash and foliar sprays. Could also be remnants of the old stress which as a few posts ago someone pointed out could be leftover from old root damage from overwatering...

It's not really a problem, just more of a personal preference from experience, generally if I make the flip while they're stressed I tend to not have as nice looking canopy as l I would have if I waited. Your plants will be fine, going to bloom won't kill them or anything. Good luck with the...

Your plants are definitely looking much better, next time I would wait until the signs of stress clear up a bit more before flipping to flower. The extra stress doesnt do anything besides delay your harvest. Plants have to work harder in bloom to make roots etc because so much more is going on...

Yeah my cousin moved up to portland after he got fucked by some people he moved to Texas with, as far as I know he's homeless and camping in a park still :-/ I sent him some cash so he could try to get himself set up but cost of living is definitely getting pretty high out there. My ex moved...

It is quite expensive to ship. You can order better soil delivered to a home depot or wal mart iirc. They have a lot of stuff listed on their websites as online only, home depot even has bubbler brothers dwc buckets listed online I'm pretty sure. I'm sure they have other soil mixes there also...

Ive seen friends of mine with great grows in coco but I have no personal experience in 100% coco. I've mixed it 1 part coco 2 parts promix and had good results. Recently i switched to roots organics greenlite and have been liking it. A lot of growers I know use promix bx and amend it to their...

Definitely. There's always more to learn, I've only been growing on my own for a few years now. I had helped friends with their gardens for about 10 years before I got around to starting. I still learn new things every day, plus I get to help my parents start their organic farm. I've been...

I agree, if you're not pressed for time mainlining is worth it. It's fairly straightforward and easy to do as well. If you're worried about being able to safely top and split let it grow an extra node or two and cut it down a bit further so the stem is a bit sturdier, eventually you'll be...

I'm sure it's fine to make the switch, it sounds like you've been in veg for around a month now which is about my normal veg time. Not all strains stretch the same. If you need to about halfway through the stretch you can put a second trellis up and do some more training to try to even the...

    Watt to Pound Ratio (indoor)

Even if youre talking about pulling 10000w at the wall you're looking at like 1.8g/w which isn't unreasonable but you'd have to have a pretty exceptional grow to get those numbers. Just remember most leds that say 1000w only pull maybe 300 at the wall. Anyways I'm pretty sure that DE has been...

New here, just need some pointers please

Yeah I'm running a 1000w and a cob led that pulls about 315w at the wall in a 4x4 over 3 plants right now, recently relocated and have yet to out the walls up in my basement. I was planning on running with just the 1000w but the 2 bigger ones choked out my little one a bit and she needed a...

    Seaweed Extract?

Seaweed extract is good for rooting but if you already gave it something with a rooting compound its likely unnecessary. Coconut water supposedly is good to water with after transplant or stress, lots of vitamins and minerals plus I'm pretty sure it contains auxins and/or hormones that help...
