Beef, take some clones soon. With using LEDs, you are doing the plant a favor by taking the bottom branches as clones. I just took 12 clones myself just to have the plants focus more on the top canopy. Take like the most 2-4 bottom branches as clones.

Yep that will cool the light, but if it is increadibly humid outdoors (aka rain) the water may enter the 1000w light and blow up your light.
