Hmmmmm. Every two days? Sounds like a bit too often, if it's in soil. It could be overwatering. I would alternate with a stronger mix of nutes, then follow up with plain water every 3-5 days in soil, let the soil get real light. Less is more, as a rule of thumb. Also, it could be a salts...

If the ph drops in hydro, that usually means your mix is a bit too strong, in most cases. Try diluting your mix with ph adjusted water, and raise the ppm when the plant reaches a size that can handle it!

If you've only fed them a 300 ppm mix, then yeah, up your strength a bit. You will never OD your plants with K if you feed it a mix @ only 300 ppm. Most plants have a K tolerance of 700 ppm, by itself! From what I see, Calcium lockout/def is causing the polka dots. Up your strength to about...

"Sometimes" as in the same day you feed your plants? Borderline moisture stress or overfeeding is my guess. This is minor though, and shouldn't affect your end product.
