    Any effective thermal shielding tips??

Lol! No worries - I don't mind answering! The harm your defence bit is only a kindly warning that if you're gonna say 1 thing upon arrest but suddenly flip it round & say something totally different in court then u must be aware the judge/jury will reasonably think what the fcuk is this guy on...

    Any effective thermal shielding tips??

Lol! Since u started off serious then I will answer u seriously at least! Firstly it is innocent till proven guilty, plus we got some of softest laws here - whatever sentence any criminal gets, u only serve half if u behave well. This is literal- even for murder a life sentence (commonly 25...

    Any effective thermal shielding tips??

Lol! Ur right - everyone's posting this - seems i must be the only person left in UK not worried about IR camera's! Or else maybe I'm just too small scale and everyone's doing warehouse size bedroom grows now?!! I ain't gonna type all the reasons not worry about choppers for the umpteenth time...

    FLIR, too risky?

Tho 2 other thing I forgot too - a few peeps have said about venting, which is fine enough solution for sure, tho if u do, do be careful ur no jetting it straight out as certainly as blatantly a constant jet stream funnel of hot air pumping out side of ur house would look bit odd!! Venting into...

    FLIR, too risky?

Lol! Some real informative answers! Straight up, i can promise you that a 1 x 1000W bulb is not gonna be blinding chopper pilots using imaging camera's! Your bulb will obviously add a nominal amount of heat to the room, but then do u really think the police are zooming in on everybody in...

    Autoflower root issues

And as for the side argument.....!!!.... I'm deffo of belief transplanting dont harm shit if done careful & right. And especially so for seedlings - in my experience they can take quite a battering & still be fine - pretty much unless roots badly tear or main stem snaps then they're back to...

    Autoflower root issues

Lol! Brilliant tangent arguments! To add my bit to actual post - I've just planted my 1st ever auto's nearly 2 weeks ago and I too have found they both got slow root growth. I not done much different to usual but they just not rootbound at all. Normally by this time I'm guilty of leaving them...

First Grow T5 Cfl DIY Low Budget

Heya dude, just wanna say best of luck with the grow! My only 1 tip of advice from reading ur posts was if u want quick sterilization just boil a kettle/pan of water and pour it over the blades/soak them in the pan- as long as you've washed ur hands before u pick them back up after boiling then...

    root problem please help!!!

I know what u mean dude but for this grow in hand I wouldnt feel comfortable doing a transplant when they look to be about 3 weeks into flowering. For future you could plant in ground but then that does mean sorting out the beds in your garden which can be a pain too. Though I appreciate not...

    root problem please help!!!

And btw, if u were concerned about how brown, limp and dry the roots u got in ur hand were, then don't worry as that is what roots do naturally look like after exposure to light & outside air. Ones of the main plus points is in your pic u can see the browning off only starts just after where...

    root problem please help!!!

Yeah, with regards to the actual root it shouldn't do too much damage, and if anything a bit of air pruning may have encouraged new root growth elsewhere. Though if the crack is recent then since they're in flower already probably not much root growth going on anyway, but either way, the roots...

what are the symptoms of a plant outgrowing its container?

Thats nice flowering already if u only nearing 4 weeks flowering - hopefully they should all swell well - but yeah, u will deffo need some feed for sure & also CalMag likely a good idea too still. And with the Calmag, i dunno if u in UK or can order it, etc but wanted to say i use...

what are the symptoms of a plant outgrowing its container?

Lol! Its so obvious what the problem is from ur first pic!!! That cat is zapping nutes out your plant with his eyes!! Stop the greedy beggar quick! But seriously....WOwser!! That it an extremely bountiful looking plant!! The amount of solid, mini-christmas trees and the size of the base of that...

    Start Panic-Buying Nutes, Quick!!!

Very interesting cheers dude - that Uncle Ben always seems to know so much stuff! But i do agree with it too; I use grow feed for at least 2 wks into bloom & its deffo an improvement. I still might stockpile just in case tho!

    Should I trim or not?

And forgot to say, ignore my plant in 3rd pot on far left - thats 1 of the SOS freebies 7/8 Sour reg (which i'm really looking forward to tasting! - will let people know as not read any reviews on it yet!) Tho due to it slightly warping as seedling its only grown 2 main stems, which i've hung up...

    Should I trim or not?

Nice update cheers Jsy, and gotta say Wow! I didn't expect them to be that short & squat when i saw the top down pic! That is amazingly short, stocky, bushy LSTing going on there - u must've been busting those seedlings hard! lol! But seriously, they can't be more than 15inches from soil to tip...

    Should I trim or not?

I know what u mean about they can get quite bushy underneath, but like Major says, the plant will know to let them go if they aren't harvesting enough light. And also, the little energy they're using on growing by now is much lower than the potential, useful energy they have stored within them...
