    Stem Scraping

Search "aeroponic cloner" on google and you'll get the idea. The water pump shoots water straight up into a domed lid shooting it up and then out in all directions 360 degrees. Mine has air mixed into the water with an integrated air pump where air and water mix before hitting the lid. Just...

    Stem Scraping

My set up doesn't have a dome. I've tried different set ups and have found that an aeroponic cloner with an integrated air pump pushing air into the exit of the water pump works best. I can't remember the brand and am trying to find it for you. Anyone know? I have almost 100% success with...

does anyone know about ILGM seeds?

I haven't popped them yet. Adding one at a time and that one might be last of the 5 since I expect it to be the tallest. I'm considering doing her outside in the spring.

No need to change it. Just sharing success. Clonex is all that goes in the cloner.

does anyone know about ILGM seeds?

I ordered 5 strains from them in July and they came after about 2 weeks. Berry mix pack, GSC, and gold leaf. Have popped 3 strawberry kush and after about 2 months of mother veg, plants structure look very good. Just sayin'.

first time grower and need help

Not sure what super-bloom is but it's probably high in the P - NKP ratios. No need for a bloom product until it is in flower. You need a higher N ratio for vegetative growth. Go to a higher P in flower.

first time grower and need help

That looks like your over-watering to me. Give em a good drench and then don't do any more until there is a noticeable difference in the weight of the plant before giving her any more.

Disregard.. didn't realize you were in soil. It's a nutrient tester for hydro

first time grower and need help

It's either N def, N burn, light burn, or too hot. They all look pretty much the same. Try to stay at least 18 inches away from the light, keep the temp under 80 and cut back on the water. My guess is this is over water.

Could extensive feed of molasses give harsh/bad taste?

I have tried it and have had the negative effect of a weird taste too. Boosting sugars in full flower is a good idea but I was doing it wrong. Now have dialed it in with 1 tbs per 10 gal. combined with Hygrozyme. I described the negative results and the grow store dude said to be sure to use...

    Stem Scraping

I recently tested a theory I picked up somewhere and found it very effective. Scrape outer layer of the stems of clones after about 2-3 days in the cloner. Taking off the skin where you want roots seems to delay root production but when roots do show they show up big time. Everyone may...

    which strain(s) to grow next

Only experience with this list is Blue Dream. I didn't like it. Nothing extraordinary about it.

    Mothers vs clones

It seems to me that clones from mothers are healthier than clones from the bottom of younger plants. Also if you want to make 100 clones all at once having a mother to chop up is the way to go.

    Higher temp at night?

To answer your question plainly, I see no issue with a constant 77 temp. In the summer I have trouble keeping it at 80 and don't have an issue. However, I'd be interested if your humidity actually dropped a significant amount. I kinda doubt it would.

Going from HPS to LED. Worth it?

I went from 400 HID switchable (MH and HPS) to the California Light Works Solar Storm 440 and found an increase in yield with only 1 issue: If your pulling air from the room the exhaust vents don't connect as well as most vented hoods do which are made for it. CLW does not have any recommended...

How many times can you clone?

I have had a Romulan strain since '02, keeping it through cloning. Loss of any genetics is absolutely false. It's the oldest strain and still one of the best in the garden. Great topic. I never understood why people rely on seeds. Only time I use seeds is to introduce a new strain.
